To prevent the spread of Covid-19 we cannot accept returns on smartwatch and fitness items once that have been received and opened. We can instead offer you to keep the product and we will issue a partial refund or a free replacement if the item is defective. Also, please note our store does not offer full refunds in some cases we offer partial refunds.

You may request a cancellation within 12-hours of purchase via email at
care@fitprosmartwatch.com. However, if your item is shipped before the 12-hour time frame we cannot cancel this order as it is already shipped out of our warehouse. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times before purchasing. Our processing time can vary between a few hours to 24 hours depending on the current demand from customers. This is because we ship out our items fast to prevent a backlog of orders. Once the item is shipped we cannot cancel the shipping process as it's against our courier's policy. 

Also, we cannot cancel our high-demand sale items because these items have already been processed and shipped out of our facilities asap.

Our processing times for all orders can take anywhere between 10-48 hours. Please note high demand promotional items may take even longer, due to popularity. 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7-15 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and other countries in Europe. For priority insured shipped orders it will take 6-9 business days for your order to arrive. Other countries can take 10-20 business days due to product clearance upon arrival within the destination country. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
