Refund and Returns Policy

To prevent the spread of Covid-19 we cannot accept returns on smartwatch and fitness items once that have been received and opened/used. 

You can always contact us for any return questions at care@fitprosmartwatch.com. If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges on heavily discounted items. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Fitprosmartwatch.com will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses or lost by local postal services. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. Also the local postal service is liable for lost parcels.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
