Warranty

FITPRO products are manufactured under the highest quality standards and craftsmanship. FITPRO provides our customers with a 30-day Warranty on ALL PRODUCTS. We stand by our products knowing how much time is spent crafting them, so we offer this Warranty to every customer.

If your product is received or delivered damage, we will provide you with a brand new replacement FREE OF CHARGE. Proof of purchase and proof of damage must be given by the customer to accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered in this warranty. 

If you purchased a 1 year warranty please note that it is only applicable to claim it once and only covers accidental damage, manufacturer defects, and lost/stolen parcels. Proof of purchase and proof of damage must be given by the customer to accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered in this warranty. 

Some states, provinces, and nations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights which vary from state to state, province to province, and nation to nation.
