Almost every square calling watch in the range takes 22mm, and the smaller ID205L-style watches take 19mm. Get that number right and every colour, material and pack size opens up.
The strap makers spell out the fit by model name:
No model name on the box? Measure. Lay a ruler across the strap right where it enters the case and read the width in millimetres. The QISUKUS and Popglory calling watches state 22mm quick-release straps outright, which makes them easy to kit out.

Strap it on
Silicone is the training strap. It shrugs off sweat, rinses clean under the tap and dries fast, which is why most watches ship on it. For a daily workout habit, a multi-pack means a fresh strap while yesterday's dries.

Look after silicone and it keeps its shape. Rinse off the salt after a hard session, and let the strap and the watch dry before you set it on the charger. Wipe the underside where the heart-rate sensor sits, too.

Compatibility as each strap maker states it, September 2026. Strap makers group several brands under one model name, such as IDW19, because those watches share a case; measure your own strap anyway.
Quick-release straps carry a tiny lever on the spring bar, so no tool is needed. The swap takes about as long as a water break, and the routine repeats on every 22mm and 19mm watch that uses them.
Straps without a lever use plain spring bars. A spring-bar tool pushes the bar in from the side; go slowly near the glass, because a slipping metal tip scratches faster than any workout.

It is the strap, also called the band. Any 19mm or 22mm strap that matches your watch's width replaces it.
The width and spring bars match, but case shapes differ. Straight-ended straps fit the widest range, while a strap made for a named model, such as the IDW19 or TG38, is shaped for that case.
Rinse it under running water with a little mild soap, then dry it with a towel. Let the watch and its charging contacts dry fully before charging.
