- 22mm · Nylon · 3-pack
- Quick-release pins, no tools
- A fresh look for workouts or work
Six soft 22mm silicone sport bands with stainless-steel buckles, made for VeryFit IDW13, IDW16 and IDW19 watches, with sister packs sized for Da Fit, GloryFit, FitCloudPro and ID208 Plus models.
A replacement band only helps if it clicks into your watch, so start with the model code rather than the colour. The Meliya six-pack is sized at 22mm for VeryFit watches with the codes IDW13, IDW16, IDW19, IDW26 and IDW28. If your watch carries one of those codes, the bands drop straight in.
The model code usually sits in the watch's settings under an about or device-info entry, on the original box, or in the companion app next to the paired device. Once you have it, check it against the list.
Size matters too. The six-pack fits wrists from 5.1 to 8.1 inches (130 to 205 mm). Measure your wrist with a strip of paper just above the wrist bone; if you land near either end, the fit will be on the last few holes.
Brand names alone mislead. Several makers sell an IDW13 or IDW19 under their own label, and the same brand can sell watches with different lugs. The code is what the lugs follow, so trust it over the logo on the dial.
Not sure about your strap width? The band size guide shows how to check 19mm, 20mm and 22mm lugs.

Six bands in one box turn strap changes into a small habit. Wear a bright one on training days, a dark one at work, a soft one to bed, and let each band rest and dry between wears. Silicone that gets a day off stays fresher and lasts longer.
A simple rotation for a week of workouts:
| Day | Band | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Training days | Bright colour | Easy to spot in the gym bag, rinsed after each session |
| Work days | Black or grey | Plain enough for the office |
| Nights | Your softest band, one hole looser | Comfort keeps the watch on for sleep tracking |
| Weekends | Whatever matches the outfit | Keeps the watch fun to wear |
Silicone is the right material for sweaty sessions. It does not soak up sweat the way fabric does, and running water cleans it in seconds.
Fit affects your data as well as comfort. A band that slides around lets light leak under the heart-rate sensor, and the readings jump. Keep it snug and slightly up the forearm during workouts; loosen it a hole for sleep.
More about materials, including nylon for sleep and steel for the office, sits in the strap guide.
Six bands also mean a spare is always dry. Swap in a fresh one after a morning run and the damp band is ready again by the evening.
Most of these packs use quick-release spring bars, so changing a band needs no tools. A small lever on the underside of each band pulls the spring bar in, and the band lifts out of the lugs.
Take the buckle side and the hole side one at a time and keep them oriented the same way as the original, with the buckle at the top of the watch.
Half-seated spring bars are how watches end up on the pavement. Check the spring bars every few weeks, especially after swims and hard sessions.
Bands that snag, crack or lose their shine are worth replacing early. A torn strap can let the watch fall off mid-run, and that costs more than a new pack.
Spare charging cables pair well with spare straps; see the 2-pin 4mm magnetic cable and the charger guide for fits.
The same kind of soft silicone band comes in packs cut for other app families. Each pack lists its own models, so match the code before you choose a colour set.

Watches from the Da Fit list include the Trendia TG09L, the TRAUSI TG08, the DIVOAZBVO TK29 and the Jacoosa TG38. The 5-pack fits the ID208 Plus.
A few exclusions matter:
The Da Fit 10-pack also stretches for wrists from 5.5 to 8.7 inches, a little more room than the six-pack. For larger wrists on a Da Fit watch, that makes it the easier fit.
If your watch is a GloryFit T70 or T60, compare the code in the GloryFit app with the pack's list before ordering, since similar names from other makers may not share the same lugs.
Singles and floral-engraved bands suit anyone who wants one new look rather than a rainbow. Big packs suit families sharing the same watch model, or anyone who trains daily and likes a dry band every morning.
Yes. The six-pack is made for VeryFit IDW13, IDW16, IDW19, IDW26 and IDW28 watches, including the Fitpolo IDW13.
No. The bands are made for VeryFit IDW models, not VeryFitPro watches.
The six-pack fits wrists from 5.1 to 8.1 inches (130 to 205 mm). The Da Fit 10-pack fits 5.5 to 8.7 inches.
Yes. A 10-pack of 22mm bands lists the TK29, TG38, T49Pro, TG09L, TG08, TG02, Q104 and P125.
Slide the quick-release lever to pull in the spring bar, lift the old band out and click the new one into the lugs.
